5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital content, there is no statutory right of withdrawal once access is granted. However, we offer a 14-day conditional refund guarantee, which is valid only if you have watched the course, completed the tasks, and still have not received any value. To request a refund, you must submit proof of completion.

6. Access and Availability Access to the course is available immediately upon payment confirmation. The course is hosted digitally and accessible online. We strive to ensure 24/7 access, but temporary downtimes due to maintenance or technical issues may occur.
